Full Representation is the most comprehensive form of collaboration offered by L Y S I S Agency and involves the selective representation of a small roster of artists. We work in depth —through strategy, curatorial oversight, and the active development of opportunities in Greece and internationally. To maintain a high level of support, places are strictly limited each year and are available only following an evaluation of fit.

1) Strategy & Positioning

• Defining your artistic profile and direction (your field, positioning, and target audience)

• A 6- or 12-month goals roadmap (exhibitions, residencies, grants, new work production)

• Brand consistency (language, presentation, biographical materials)

2) Professional Materials (Press Kit)

• Portfolio deck (structure, sequencing, selection of works)

• Artist statement / bio / CV (edited to final form)

• Image/documentation editing guidance (or coordination with a partner)

3) Business Development & Opportunities

• Targeted approaches/outreach to spaces, curators, institutions, and residencies

• Selected applications to open calls / grants

• Pipeline management: apply / pitch / follow-up / pending / closed

4) Sales & Commissions

• Managing purchase inquiries/commissions, pricing strategy, editions

• Negotiating terms (prices, production, shipping, insurance, payments)

• Contracts/invoicing support in collaboration with the artist's accountant/legal advisor (where required)

• Promoting the work to collectors and potential buyers (35% commission on sales/commissions that Lysis Agency mediates or closes)

• Client base development

PR & Visibility

• Pitching to selected media/critics/curators

• Coordinating participation in events/group shows where there is a meaningful curatorial framework

• Specialized press office and promotion to reputable media outlets, with guaranteed publication

• Exclusive networking

International Promotion & Placements

• Promoting artistic production across Europe and through selected collaborations in Asia (e.g., China) via target lists, outreach, and placements where there is a strong fit

Exhibition-Ready Documentation

• Every six months:

• Photography/documentation coordination with a partner + guidelines + selection of 10 final images
  (Production costs are covered by the artist; the agency provides coordination and standards.)

Priority Support

• Phone communication by appointment + emergencies only for sales/logistics

• Email support: 2 emails/week, up to 3 questions, reply within 24 business hours

Note: Full Representation is a selective representation program–private contract based and is limited to a small number of artists in order to maintain a high level of support. Services are advisory and management-based. They do not guarantee selection, publication, funding, or sales, as these depend on third parties (juries, institutions, media outlets, collectors, etc.). Each collaboration begins with a fit evaluation and a clear framework of goals; scope and deliverables are defined in writing.
