About us
Lysis Agency is an independent art agency focused on strategy and artistic consulting, with the aim of guiding and representing artists. We exist to turn the field's complexity into clear direction: to structure goals, set priorities, and support decisions with discernment, consistency, and professionalism. We operate with integrity, transparency, and confidentiality—we do not cultivate illusions or promise outcomes beyond our control. We build realistic pathways through a clear framework of collaboration, respecting each artist's time, work, and individuality.
Our Team
The Lysis Agency team consists of art historians, curators, and museologists with experience in the contemporary scene, as well as writing and communications professionals who specialize in articulating artistic discourse (artist statements, bios, supporting texts). Depending on the needs of each collaboration, we also work with a selected network of external partners (e.g., photographic documentation, design, translation), ensuring every outcome remains coherent, well-grounded, and of a high standard.
For You
Lysis Agency is for artists who want to find their place in an often chaotic art market world—without rushing, and above all, away from practices that lead to exploitation or opacity. We work with people who seek serious, consistent guidance and a framework that protects their work: clear terms, discretion, and choices grounded in the quality of the work and the reliability of collaborations. If you are looking for a professional structure to help you move forward with substance and a clear strategy, you are in the right place.

Note: Full Representation is a selective representation program offered under a signed contract and is limited to a small number of artists in order to maintain a high level of support. Services are advisory and management-based. They do not guarantee selection, publication, funding, or sales, as these depend on third parties (juries, institutions, media outlets, collectors, etc.). Each collaboration begins with a fit evaluation and a clear framework of goals; scope and deliverables are defined in writing.
